John Jewell - Director
Director Jewell is a life long resident of Watertown. Appointed WEMA Director in 2008, Mr. Jewell brings a background of fire supression and business. Chief of Watertown Fire & Rescue, Graduate of Cumberland College, and a B.S. from Middle TN State University.
Brian Newberry - Chief of EMS
Brian has served WEMA and Wilson County for over 21 years. He is a paramedic and served in the role as training officer for 11 years prior to being promoted to Assistant Chief. He also brings to the agency a progressive, training-rich background for the EMS program.
Keith Taylor - Chief of Fire
Keith joined the agency in 1980. He was promoted to Battalion Chief in 1982, and in 1999 was promoted to Assistant Chief.
Joey Cooper - Battalion Chief - A Shift
Joey is a paramedic/firefighter and the hazardous materials commander. He is a haz mat technician and specilaist. He oversee's daily operations for A shift.
Lee Bowling - Battalion Chief - B Shift
Lee is a paramedic/firefighter and a haz mat technician. He oversee's daily operations for B shift.

Danny Herron - Battalion Chief - C Shift
Danny is an EMT-IV/firefighter. Danny oversee's the daily operations on C shift.
Jason Erlewine - Training Officer
The training officer has full time responsibilities of instructing and/or managing classes in Emergency Medical Services, Fire Suppression, Rescue, Terrorism, and Hazardous Materials. Additional duties include Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of EMS runs, reporting information to state and federal government for staticial analysis as well as public health monitoring for bioterrrorism events.

Marty Heckman - Special Services Officer
Marty has been with WEMA for 9 years. He currently serves as Captain of the Volunteer department, as well as the full-time special services officer.
