EMS Billing
The WEMA billing office is located at 115 Oak Street. This is the administrative offices located across from WEMA Headquarters. Billing personnel are available
Monday – Friday from 8 am until 4 pm. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at 615-444-8799 option 4.
Medical records and billing request can be made online through CHARTSWAP. You may also get a copy by visiting the WEMA billing office and completing the required HIPAA paperwork. Please bring a photo ID for verification.
Payments for you ambulance bill may be completed online CLICK HERE or mailed to the address on your invoice. You may also pay at our billing office, at the address below.
