Fire Code Information
As of February 27, 2023, the current adopted codes in Wilson County that the Wilson County Fire Marshal enforces are the 2021 International Fire Code, including Appendices B, C, D, E, F, G, I, J, K, N (2021 IFC) and the 2021 National Fire Protection Association 101 (2021 Edition of NFPA 101). Fire sprinkler companies must follow all referenced standards of the above codes using an equivalent version year of the applicable codes or newer (e.g., NFPA 13 & NFPA 13D).
